I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience! The location was superb, right in the centre of Bristol with excellent dining options nearby. The rooms were cozy and had a very romantic ambience, and the service was top-notch. However, the restaurant had some menu items unavailable, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, a great stay with fantastic amenities.
