Hotel Du Vin Bristol is praised for its stylish and modern design, featuring spacious rooms equipped with amenities like Nespresso machines, a wide selection of teas and coffees, and often including little extras like biscuits and chocolates. Many guests particularly enjoyed the large bathrooms, some boasting both a roll-top bath and an extremely spacious shower. satisfactory stay

lovely receptionist efficient handling relaxing room dog bed unfriendly staff hotel policy
the receptionist was lovely and very efficient (she handled our luggage with so much care!). i felt very secure leaving our belongings. they were then moved to our room, great. the room itself was clean and relaxing.
it was disappointing they didn't provide a dog bed. i informed them in advance that my dog would be with me. the staff weren't overly friendly, a shame. other hotels du vin have provided a dog bed, so i was expecting this.

Adequate Stay with Notable Issues

dark room early closure
My stay presented a few problems. Scaffolding obstructed the view from my room. This made the room dark. The bar closed early for a city centre hotel. I also found it strange I was immediately asked if I did not want my room cleaned. I think that reduces costs to the business.

Wonderful Stay

central location friendly staff
The location is central and provides easy access to many city attractions. The beef cheek at dinner was delicious. The staff are friendly. Jolanta were pretty good, she.
The tea and coffee were of low quality. The tea and coffee facility were in a bad place. It was inside the wardrobe and tasted awful.
Service
10/10
The staff were attentive. Jolanta was great. She provided excellent service with drinks. Roberto, Jolanta, and Yosia were amazing.
Dining
9/10
The hotel provides delicious meals for both dinner and breakfast. The restaurant offers a varied menu. There is also a cozy bar area available. I loved the beef cheek.
Location
9/10
The central location is walkable. Many attractions are nearby in the city center. Amenities are within walking distance of this hotel. There is convenient parking close to hotel.
